These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and SwiftVisions LLC, referred to as we, us, or our, regarding your use of the Pandopus application and this website. By downloading, installing, or using Pandopus, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Pandopus.

License to use Pandopus

We grant you a personal, limited, non exclusive, and revocable license to use Pandopus for your own projects, whether personal or commercial. You may use the app to plan and manage as many of your own software projects as you wish, subject to these terms.

Your content

The projects, roadmaps, versions, tickets, ideas, attachments, releases, and other content you create in Pandopus belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content, and because that content is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account, we do not access it. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Pandopus lawfully and not to misuse the application or this website. You may not attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the software, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it to store or distribute unlawful material.

Intellectual property

The Pandopus name, logo, application, design, and related materials are owned by SwiftVisions LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you, other than the limited license described above.

Usage analytics

Pandopus reports anonymous usage events, such as which screens and features are used, so we can improve the app. These events never include the content you create: no project names, titles, notes, file names, or search terms. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly what is collected.

Third party services

Pandopus is distributed through the Apple App Store and syncs through Apple iCloud. Your use of those services is also governed by Apple terms. The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase for the usage events described above, and this website uses Formspree to process contact form submissions. We are not responsible for the practices of these third party services.

The app is provided as is

Pandopus is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet every requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftVisions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Pandopus. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important project data.

Termination

You may stop using Pandopus at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the app or website if you violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SwiftVisions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date shown above. Your continued use of Pandopus after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
