Pandopus is created by SwiftVisions LLC, referred to in this policy as we, us, or our. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the Pandopus application and this website. By using Pandopus or this website you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide to us

When you contact us through the form on this website, you share the details you enter, such as your name, your email address, the subject you select, and your message. We use this information only to read and respond to your request and to keep a record of our correspondence.

Project data you create in the app

Pandopus stores the projects, roadmaps, versions, roadmap items, tickets, ideas, file and photo attachments, releases and their App Store listings, project history, and the developer details you keep in Settings. This content is stored on your devices. If you are signed in to iCloud, it syncs between your own Mac and iPhone through Apple CloudKit using your personal iCloud account.

When you export a project, a roadmap, or a backup of every project, the file is saved where you choose and never passes through us.

We do not operate our own servers that store your project data, and we cannot access or read the content you create in the app. Your project data belongs to you.

Usage analytics in the app

Pandopus uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is actually used, so we know which features are worth improving and which are not being found. This is limited to how the app is used, never to what you write in it.

We never send the content you create. No project names, ticket or roadmap titles, notes, descriptions, release notes, ideas, file names, attachment contents, or search terms ever leave your device. Every event the app can report is defined in a fixed list in the source code, and that list is restricted to:

• Which screen you opened and which button, menu, or filter you used.
• Categories that come from a fixed set of choices, such as a ticket status, priority, or type.
• Counts and rough size ranges, such as how many tickets a version has, or that a project has between five and nine projects alongside it.
• Whether an action succeeded or failed, and the technical error code when it failed.
• Standard information Firebase collects for any app, such as a randomly generated app instance identifier, device model, operating system version, app version, and country.

The app does not show advertising, does not ask for permission to track you, and does not use your information for advertising or cross app tracking. Searches are counted only as a number of characters typed and a number of results returned, never as the words you searched for.

Information collected on this website

This website does not use advertising cookies. Like most websites, our pages load a web font service, which can receive standard request information such as your internet address as part of delivering fonts to your browser.

How we use information

• To respond to messages you send through the contact form.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the Pandopus application and this website.
• To protect against misuse and to comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted services to operate. Our contact form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your message to us. Apple provides the App Store through which the app is distributed and iCloud through which your data syncs. Google provides Analytics for Firebase, which receives the usage events described above. Each of these services handles information under its own privacy terms.

Data retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time through the contact form.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to or deletion of the personal information you have sent us by reaching out through our contact form. You control the project data in the app directly, and you can manage or remove iCloud data through the settings on your Apple devices. If you would rather not share usage analytics at all, tell us through the contact form and we will confirm how to switch them off in your copy of the app.

Children

Pandopus is intended for developers and creators and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown above. Continued use of Pandopus after an update means you accept the revised policy.
